This was a standard interview with usual situational/experience questions asked. I had no trouble with preparing enough for it. I recommend reviewing the job description and other like position descriptions for ability.

I applied online through their company website. I was contacted by the recruiter for the region. She gave me a very basic run down of what the position entailed and made sure I was interested. I then interviewed with the Regional Manager via a Microsoft Teams call. It was informal and it felt like a conversation more than an interview.
