I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Aug 2025
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews: 1st phone call with HR just asked to tell her about myself. 2nd with Hiring Manager, casual conversation and was very nice. 3rd round was meeting with 2 team members, asked lots of questions, but 1 of them kept interrupting me before I completed my answers. The most disappointing thing is that no one ever reached back out to say that I will not get the role, even after I reached out to HR. Seemed like a disrespectful way to ghost applicants after 3 rounds of interviews.
