I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was an OCR interview, so the process was easy. An director from Morgan Stanley came to our school, and held the interview. The interview was about half an hour, and all the questions are behavior questions. The interviewer was nice, and she answered my questions clearly. She had a list of questions to ask, and she also went through my resume. She introduced the company, and herself. At the end, she gave some time for me to ask questions. Overall, the interview process was good and impressive.
