Started off with questions about myself and my resume, then a couple behavioral, and about 4 or 5 technical questions. Asked why equity research and why Morgan Stanley. Make sure to know equity research and what it's about. Know how to value a company and pitch a stock. First round was on the phone, because they do not recruit at my school.
