First Round Interview: two interviews from analysts: one equity traders and one FX researcher
Assessment day: one numerical test, one to one presentation to a senior on current market condition which assets should we invest on, a group exercise collaborating new business ideas, and three interviews with seniors mostly competency base.

Given four number 7 and one number 1, make it equal to 100 using only + - * / and ().
In the presentation, I was given a summary article on market condition. I was then asked to present to a senior on what assets he should invest on. I didn't use much information from the article and more from my own knowledge, which is a minus. Also I didn't use up to 10 minutes given, which is not good as well.
It was horrible, the employee interviewing me was so impolite and rude, he told me he had stuff to do before the interview started and I believe I was treated unfairly, maybe he had a project deadline, but that doesn't have anything to do with the candidates, so I believe I was not given a fair chance, also he kept interrupting me when i was speaking like 5 seconds into my answers. So although the standard interview is your average competency and maybe one technical and one commercial awarness question but that's it/

Phone call for 30 minutes. most of the questions asked during the interview are about behavioural qualities. The interview itself was quite conversational and not too stressful as the interviewer was nice.
