Started off with a Hire-view online. Then, I received an email from an employee at the desk for a phone interview the next day. The following day we had an interview where I was asked a series of questions -- the usual for an S&T interview, but did not do well (knowing current market indicators, bond values, etc.)

There was resume shortlisting. It was followed by technical test and then we had 3-4 rounds of interviews (technical+HR). In the interview, they asked questions related to prob and stats, puzzles and some financial questions. Difficulty of questions started increasing with each level of interview.

Starts with a 45 min interview preparation - you'll receive a very long research package, and you need to leverage this research package and respond to a specific question raised, better to make some simple slides for presentation as well.
There are two interviewers listening to your 15min presentation and then 15min Q&A, not easy actually.
The next session is a 30min interview with two other interviewers. Quite chill and mainly behavioral and resume based.
