Phone interview with Complex Service Manager, then interview with multiple financial advisors at the branches to find the best fit - mostly based on personalities meshing well. Final interview is with the Branch Manager.

Three rounds of interviews with individual teams and two different hiring managers. Takes about 2+ months to get job offer from management, do the proper background checks and get started.

What is your comfortability with problem solving for complex problems?
Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).
