First step was a quick on the phone interview. The seconds step was a one Hour interview with two senior VP financial advisors and their two CA's who went over several behavioral and technical questions.

Applied at an on-campus university career fair. received an email later saying that my resume was selected, and to select a time for phone screening. The phone screening was 2 30 minute interviews back to back. One interview was to solve a programming question. The other interview the guy asked me about a bunch of terms and I had to tell the definitions.
