Interview
I applyed online through the standardized process on their web site. There is a numerical test at the end of the application. After 1 month I got the first interview. 30 minutes over the phone, mostly competency questions, about cv. Shortly after that there was a 2nd round - 3 30 minutes interviews over the video conference with bankers in London. Mostly competency with a little bit of technical questions.
