I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Feb 2010
Interview
I was offered a phone interview that covered basic questions about the company and specifics even though I was not from a business background. At the end of the interview I was given the opportunity to add or say anything else, but I wasn't given the opportunity to ask any questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2025
Interview
The process began with a HireVue digital questionnaire, followed by a virtual Superday. The Superday consisted of multiple one-on-one sessions with Operations staff and a collaborative group activity. The individual interviews were mostly behavioral, focusing on situational awareness and team dynamics. One specific technical/analytical question asked was to describe a time I had to analyze data to solve a problem. And in the end you work on a 20-minute project with the other interviewees.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Jan 2019
Interview
My interview was pre-pandemic. I had 2 face to face interviews and 1 group case study. For the solo interview stress how great your technical (especially excel) skills are. For the group interview, do not be the one that is too quiet and do not be the one that is too agressive
