Interview
Initially, applicants must complete a web-based application, which includes uploading their CV and composing several essays. Following this, there is an online interview process. However, this 'interview' involves answering pre-set questions by recording a video response. Candidates have only two attempts to record their video answers, making it potentially more challenging than a traditional interview.
It has been over a month since this last step, and I have not received any feedback or response. I don't know if I passed or not. Honestly, ghosting candidates is awful and disrespectful, yet unfortunately more and more frequent.
