1st round - Asked series of tech questions regarding merger model / ev equity valeus/ dcf and so on
the interview lasted for around 25 min through a zoom meeting and it was pretty challenging as the interview asked difficult questions only

Certain level of personality to get in and favors factors probably related to peoples backgrounds but was ok and fast people were cool but definitely there to just interview and go on with their day
