Interview
First round was great. Likable associates with simple technicals and behaviorals. Very get-to-know-you.
Second round was awful. 3 back to back to back 20-min interviews in a poorly organized Zoom room. My interviews ended up being ~25, ~15, and ~12 minutes. Pretty sure the last guy almost fell asleep on me. With VPs & Executive Directors. 1 technical, 1 fit and 1 mix (tech-specific) interview.
Final round: Superday. Not sure what this was like, didn't make this round. Intense, I imagine.

What is a tech trend you are interested in, what is a relevant company, and what is your outlook for the company?
Three-stage process: screening, two interviews, and an assessment centre. Some reviewers note the interviewer culture can feel cold, but the structure is clear and straightforward. Emphasis on technical questions and previous experiences.
It was a standard procedure. The process involved psychometric tests, and hire vue, then assestment centre. Didn't pass the hire vue stage. There's nothing else I can add about the interview process.

First was a hirevue. That is typical behaviors. After that, you will move onto a 20 or 30 minute phone screen. A couple technicals and just running through your resume. Lastly, you will have the superday.
