Interview
1 st round, two very nice guys interviewing, both technical and logical questions. Lasted for approximately 1 hour. Does not seem to be a dress code, I came in with a full suit and tie, other part wore t-shirts.
Smooth and quick. 2 days after the application I had the interview. A lot of derivatives theory and description of my current job. A final part on macroeconomic commetnary and my views on specific events occurring right now

the hiring process started with the HR phone interview, which taking around 15 minutes, then there were four rounds of interviews with different people in group: hiring managers and vice presidents, executive directors.
