One of the worst companies to interview for. I interviewed for 3 rounds and got completely ghosted after the third one. They were pretty responsive after 2 rounds but completely ignored me after 3rd round. I have sent multiple follow up emails to all interviewers and no response at all. I would have been happy if they just let me know that I was not a good fit but ghosting is even worse. Candidates deserve answers at least. I could not believe that a company like Morgan Stanley would do this to me. It's been almost a month after my last interview and even upon multiple follow ups, there has been nothing. Very bad experience.

Interview
Several hours straight through. Some rounds had multiple people. Others had one person. Everyone was very structured yet personable. No one made me uncomfortable- It actually made me feel at ease talking to the interviewers.
