The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Mar 2011
Interview
I was first contacted by a VP and did a phone interview. The interview is very behavioral. Nothing really technical. Behavioral questions focus on teamwork, hard working abilities, etc. They also tested your knowledge of the current market. Then I was invited to NYC for a final round, which consisted of 4 1to1 interviews. 30 mins each.

Question 1
What's your prediction for the interest rate, and how did that relate to MS's business
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Oakbrook Terrace, IL) in Dec 2011
Interview
I applied by sending my resume and agreeing online to show up to their "open house" so to speak. It was a group of 7 applicants in one room, the hiring manager explained what the company does and the what the position includes. Each applicant met with two interviewers for a quick 10 min interview and then were sent home, we were to fill out the application online and complete the assessment if not already done. The hiring manager never called me back and when I was able to finally get in contact with him he said he never received my application in his email and they had already made their decision.
