I was contacted by the firm, and scheduled for an interview. I met with the lead attorney in my department, and discussed the position, and my goals. Salary and benefits were discussed, and future opportunities. After the offer of employment was conveyed, and accepted, there was an extensive background check done which took several weeks to complete.
There was an initial interview with recruiter. I then moved to the next round and had subsequent interviews with two other attorneys in the firm and final interview with managing partner
There was a virtual interview with managing partner who was based in Kentucky. He told me about the pay structure and pitched an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business.
