The interview process took about a month and a half - very spread out. I started with a screening interview, followed by an interview with the Creative Director. Then I interviewed with 4 other people from the company. Following that, I was asked to do a design project in a week time - I submitted that and then they asked me to re-do the entire design in a week which I thought was very unusual for the interview process. Seemed like they are a bit unorganized and not sure about what they need for the role. They decided they were going in a different direction with the role.
