I applied to the role online. The recruiter reached out with these specific questions, which I answered: 1. How much notice would you need prior to starting with us? 2. What are your all in comp expectations at this time? 3. Are there any schedule limitations we should be aware of at this time? 4. Do you require a US sponsored employer visa? 5. Preferred pronouns? 6. Do you have a non-compete that would affect your candidacy? I then met with the hiring manager (Director of Product). She gave me the go ahead for more interviews with the Director of Engineering, VP of Product, and Director of Growth. All four of these interviews were 30 minutes each.
