Extremely disappointing. Had a first conversation with the HR lady from Toronto which was pleasant enough. She asked general questions and recorded my answers. Following that, I quickly got asked for a phone conversation with the Head of department, which lasted about half hour. Within a few days, I got invited for an on-site interview the following week for which they said they will help with the travel arrangements. Had to ask for time off and arrange my schedule accordingly, only to receive an email the following day saying that they “have to put a hold on these interviews for now, at least until the end of next week.” Needless to say, nobody ever got back to me nor provided any explanation. Very unprofessional.
Phone (around 30 min) - HR(around 40 min) -Higher Manager(around 30min) The interview process was simple but enough to know a lot about a candidate. HR interview can be held back to back with higher manager interview.
