I had one interview with a manager who described the position and asked questions about my background. She provided feedback on how she through I answered the questions. I thought the feedback was fair and just not the correct position for me.

Fairly easy, meet with multiple people over a few days within the team and discuss experience, the role. Did not meet with HR at all. Very casual meetings each time
