Interview asked standard behavioral questions and answered general questions about the MDP program, interviewer did not really sell the company and indicated that they did not seem to be enjoying their time at the company

Individual interview, then 4 interviews and group interview with case study. No knowledge or skill questions asked, all personality and intuition. Case study is with 3 other applicants about a problem morningstar faces
