The interview rounds were quite good and all focus was on skills, experience, cultural fit, and enthusiasm for the position that candidate holds.
Smooth interview process.
Everything was via email and teams meeting.
Easy questions focusing on experience and knowledge. No testing or viva exam feels. 3 rounds including screening round and excluding final HR meeting.
