Then they flew me out to Minneapolis and I had 3 very friendly, laid back interviews with some higher up employees.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.
