Interview
I applied for an open Field Engineer position with on the company's website on 11/12/2013. About a month later, I was contacted by HR to conduct a phone interview. During my phone interview, I was invited to visit the Minneapolis office for a formal interview on 12/20/2013. During the interview I met with two seperate Directors of Operations (Wind and HVT Groups). The interview was relaxed and allowed for a 2 way conversation. Standard interview which allowed me to expand on my resume and knowledge of the company.
