I had a phone screen which led to a F2F interview at the headquarters in Minneapolis. I was told that I would hear from someone regarding the next steps. My next step was to meet with more managers from the office where I would be working in my city. I met with two of the three managers I was scheduled to meet because the third didn't show up. After 3.5 months of completing the application, 4 interviews in Minneapolis, 2 interviews and weeks of silence, I was told after several attempts to get some feedback that they offered the position to someone else.
