The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motion Industries (Birmingham, AL) in Apr 2023
Interview
Was initially contacted by a recruiter. Had a brief call with said recruiter, then zoom call with hiring manager, then on site visit with manager and team. Was contacted shortly after on-site interview and verbally offered the job, to which I accepted. Almost 2 weeks goes by and I hadn’t heard anything, so I contacted the recruiter only to find out they had filled the job internally……after offering me the position. Stay away from this company.

Interview
1st was a phone interview. After a week I got a call for an in person interview at their offices. After a couple of days I got an offer for the job. The interviewer was very nice, which made the interview process more comfortable.
