Call with one of the managers or directors, followed up by a group interview with several other managers where they walked me through a day in the life, compensation structure, and their training program. Last round was more or a less a presentation and then break outs with other folks from the office.

Interview
A manager will call you, ask you a few questions then bring you in for an onsite interview. You will talk with a manager for 20 minutes to talk about what makes you a hard worker or why you can over come challenges. You will then be asked to come in for a second interview where you will give a 15 minute presentation.
If they like you they will take you to Workbridge (their sister company that has a pleasant atmosphere) where you will speak with another manager. If you want the job ask a question!
