I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Motion Recruitment (Boston, MA) in Dec 2023
Interview
First is a phone screening, followed by a zoom interview with two managers. The final round is a sales presentation in person in front of 4-5 managers. You are basically on the spot, all eyes are on you and they ask you trick questions at the end.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Motion Recruitment (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2024
Interview
It went smoothly! The interviewer was awesome and offered me to swing by the office to see the culture before I accepted an offer, so I thought that was important.
I applied online. I interviewed at Motion Recruitment (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2023
Interview
Pretty standard interview question for the preliminary interview but the final round they expect you to come in office to do a mock sales meeting with a “client”. Over all the culture and the directors came off frat like and I wasn’t a fan of the fact that they expect you to build your own client book up from the ground. Also the starting salary is only $40k and you only get 50k base after 9 months to a year once you have 10 clients landed which is far bellow market rate.
