The recruiter reached out for a last minute interview. Had an exciting interview with the then hiring manager. I was moved onto the next phase after reaching out to the recruiter multiple times for following up/scheduling. I was back to back in interviews for 4 hours. I gave them 4 hours of my professional life to only be ghosted. It goes along way when as a candidate you get a simple message of “we have decided to not move forward with you”. After 2 weeks of trying to get an answer, I got my answer which is by getting ghosted. I dodged the bullet I guess.
