This was an in-person interview done at their office in Cambridge. It was split into two parts. The first was a strengths based assessment, and the second was a technical interview. The interviewers were extremely welcoming and friendly. Overall, a great experience.

the interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams, and was split into three parts - a warm up part, a technical part, and the last part to talk about yourself and your motives to join the company.
Online interview. Two interviewers. They asked general questions and then asked me to demonstrate my coding skills. They did not specify that there would be a technical part in the interview process.

Applied in October, was sent a psychometric test, and then an application form with essay style questions. Didn't receive interview invitation until January, so quite a lengthy process. 90 minute interview, with a mix of technical, behavioural and motivational questions. 2 interviewers, very friendly.
