The recruiter reached out for an initial phone screen and then the next step was an on-site. The team was very friendly and approachable. It was not very formal but more like a discussion. The final step was to go back and do a mock client presentation for the team followed by questions. It took almost a month to hear back after this step, which in my opinion is a little long especially since this was the final interview. I was sure I didn't get the job but this could have been expedited seeing there was good rapport. The recruiter also stopped responding and when she reached back out scheduled a phone interview to tell me I didn't get the position. It was a little awkward. The team and company seemed great but the process could have gone more smoothly.
