I applied online, and was contacted a couple of weeks later for an initial screening with HR. The interview itself was straightforward, primarily about my background and experience. The interviewer was clear on next steps in the process, but I never received a follow up -- I'm guessing the hiring team didn't choose to move forward with my interview process, but an update at least saying I was no longer being considered would have been appreciated.
