I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
The process is very fair. There were multiple interviews with Assistant Directors & Directors. All interviews were conducted in 1 day, and finished in a few hours. All interviews were conducted by pharmacists. After the interview, an offer was given in a few days. Once accepted, training started the following month. The process was fairly simple and well-executed.
The interviewers were cordial and thorough in explaining benefits and job descriptions/ expectations. Interview for outpatient pharmacist occurs on a pretty lax environment and takes slightly less than an hour
