It took 6 weeks from interview to getting job. I think they don’t have a lot of HR people. Overall, it was an okay experience and people were nice. They answered all my questions.

Interview
I applied online back in January and noticed a couple weeks later my online application was sent to hiring manager review. The end of February I received an email from HR to set up a time for a short phone interview. The phone interview with HR was more of going over qualifications and what to expect of the unit. She then said she would set up a zoom interview with the manager and send me the details by Monday. The zoom interview was set for a week after the phone interview with HR. I was told during my zoom interview I would hear back in about a week or so.
The whole process took about two months.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR just went over qualifications and experience with me. Didn’t ask me any specific questions other than after explaining the job and the unit if it was something I would be interested in/ capable of (ICU unit, fast paced, always on your feet). I had to send 5 references to HR.
Zoom interview with manager was relaxed and friendly.
