Mount Sinai Health System Applications Analyst (EPIC) interview questions

The careers website is a bit confusing. There were at least 20 (not exaggerating) of the exact same position position I applied to so many that by the time I got called in for an interview (approx 3-4 weeks after applying) I really didn't know which job I was interviewing for. Luckily when I got the names of who I would be meeting with, I was able to look them up on LinkedIn and get an idea. The interview itself was great. The IT folks we smart, energetic, and a lot more personable that what people tend to think of IT. The spoke highly of the organization and asked questions relative to the job. The administrative process could be improved. 2 days after my interview I got a call saying they were "putting an offer together" I was ELATED. But then.. it took almost 3 weeks to hear anything else. I was sooooo anxious. About 3 weeks later I got a call from an IT HR Business Partner (who was awesome) letting me know the team was impressed and wanted to extended and offer. The salary is pretty good and I'll get to travel for some training. I asked a few questions and within the hour I received my office e-offer letter. About 3 hours after that I got a call from an onboarding specialist. She notified me that the team was inquiring if I could start a week earlier than the initially offered which was fine. She scheduled me for my physical and toxicology screening, and provided me with all the admin paperwork I needed to complete. Everyone I dealt with has been super nice, helpful and very professional. The only downside was the down time of radio silence between getting a call saying they were putting together the offer and me actually receiving it. Very excited about joining the Sinai team!!
