I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mouser Electronics
Interview
The interview was over the phone, and was very typical. "Explain a time you overcame a hardship", "What adversity have you gone through", "Tell me a little about yourself", and "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" were all asked. The interviewers were very motivated and helpful, and didn't seem to be worried by any of my stereotypical answers.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mouser Electronics
Interview
First contacted to do a 15 minute phone interview. The phone interview was a lot of standard situational interview question. After the phone interview, was contacted to do an on site interview. The on site interview pretty much turned into a conversation. Though there were some standard interview questions during this part of the process as well, it was quite relaxed and seemed more like a personality interview.
