Interview
I had a pathetic experience with CSS CORP in interview process. We had quick discussion before the test and panel interview with HR and discussed about salary, experience and skills and notice period. I had cleared all the rounds including management interview as well. I was keeping chasing the HR to check the results.Finally, the HR said that the budget was not matched with my salary. The existing salary was discussed at the earliest discussion with HR. Why the HR and business teams have to waste the others time like this?
