I applied online. I interviewed at Movate (Chennai) in Apr 2026
Interview
Multiple emails and WhatsApp follow-ups and everytime i was provided with false timelines. The HR didn't even bother to respond back or inform me regarding the outcomes of my application, inspite of several follow-ups.

Interview
1 out of 5 — Disrespectful and Unprofessional Interview Experience | Prescience (Movate)
I interviewed with an Analytics Consultant and it was one of the worst candidate experiences I have had.
He joined the call 6 minutes late with no acknowledgement or apology. There was no introduction from his side whatsoever. He did not tell me his name, his role, or what the interview would cover. He jumped straight into dropping three advanced SQL questions into the chat and gave me 30 minutes to solve all of them while also planning to cover other topics. No context, no structure, no basic courtesy.
Around the 23 minute mark, mid-interview, he accused me of using a second screen and an AI tool. He did not ask me to explain. He did not give me a chance to show my screen or respond. He dropped the call immediately after making the accusation. No conversation, no fairness, no professionalism.
To make matters worse, he had already taken screenshots of me during the call without my explicit consent. Taking photos or screenshots of a candidate without consent is not acceptable under any circumstance and raises serious privacy concerns.
I later found that this kind of behaviour from interviewers is a recurring pattern in reviews for this organisation, with panelists frequently dismissing candidates without giving them a fair hearing.
If you are a candidate considering interviewing here, be aware of what you may encounter. A company that allows its interviewers to behave this way tells you everything you need to know about how it treats people internally.
Would not recommend.
