I applied online and received an email for a phone screen within a week later. The Recruiter said he will send me a Hackerrank Challenge. However, I didn't receive anything until 3 weeks later. The coding challenge was mostly in C++. I contacted the Recruiter about the language and he said that the interview process has changed and they want to evaluate my C++ aptitude. He also mentioned that there's no deadline on when I can take the coding challenge. However, 2 days later, I received an email stating that I have a week to complete the challenge. This has been the most frustrating, inconsistent, and time-consuming interview process I have ever had. I feel like it's a total waste of energy to even think about it.
