Things move very slowly, around 7 months from beginning to end, but I now understand this is the norm for SV tech companies. Communication along the way about next steps and timelines wasn't great. I interviewed for a specific position, and by the time I reached the end, the position had been eliminated (not filled). I ended up going through a second expedited round for another position on another team. It was all worth it in the end, as it's a GREAT place to work, but it was a difficult process to get through, particularly when I was trying to weigh other options.
