Mphasis Customer Care Associate interview questions

The interviewer knew what she wanted and worked on fine with my resume to the best she could. My advice to candidates is that make sure your resume is to the point and correct. Be cool and calm and give the best you can without exagerating any event/credentials you have. Your experience matters more than the credentials you have on paper and how you put it through in actuions will make you go up the ladder. Having 10 certifications to your credit but cant take descisions at the right time will get you no where. This is what matters most to corporates.
