I had a very bad interview experience with Mphasis. The interviewer was extremely arrogant and unprofessional in their approach. Despite the fact that I answered all the questions clearly and to the best of my ability, the interview was abruptly ended within just 10 minutes. There was no proper discussion, feedback, or opportunity to showcase my skills or experience. This behavior was disappointing and left a negative impression of the organization. Mphasis should seriously work on improving its interview process and ensure that interviewers are well-trained, respectful, and capable of conducting fair and meaningful interviews with candidates.
