Fairly easy basic knowledge about programming is more than sufficient. Be confident and try to make an impact for they don't need you to be a know it all but rather a person who is ready to make efforts.

We were invited through campus on their company office in pune. The process was mostly standard as per the industry. First round was conducted by their hr for shortlisting candidates and some of the candidates were disqualified in that round itself.
