Interview
My placement occurd through aspiring minds, recruiting agency. They took aptitude in month of aug2010.
Later they call me for GD and PI round of Mphasis in Pune. On day of interview, process started at 9.30 sharp as indicated. First, they had group discussion round of around 160 candidates. They made gups of 10 of which they selected 4-6 random;y from each group. Selected candidates were called for interview same day after lunch break. There was panel 0f 4 people for interviews. Interview as averagin for about 15 mins to half hour. My interview wasn't too technical. Yes, they ask you about your project, your role in project.
If you say you have certification they will ask you questn regarding that technology. Interviewer was nice. Didnt put any pressure. Overall it was nice exp.
After two weeks i got confirmation through aspiring minds.

The process was smooth there were 3 rounds in total. First technical then a round with the senior manager and then with the HR. Overall the interview experience was good.
