three rounds, 1. technical round 2. operation round 3. hr round
after hr round they rolled out the offer letter. All these interviews happened through telephone. This experience is of one of its kind since I never got selected in previous organization through telephonic round. I think now mphasis strictly follow the face to face round. which is a good practice.

What is ITIL? What is Change management? What is the salary expectation? how much early you can join? what is the reason for change in job? overall it was a very easy interview process since they need someone having previous experience in reporting for their current project.
