Interview
you are taken in to a very clean and presentable meeting room. The impression is good. oh how little you know. The place you will work is nothing like the meeting rooms you are shown at interview stage. you get an office maybe 5x7m with about 8-10 staff working in it.

Question 1
the interview questions are basic.
"how do you fix a corrupt outlook profile?"
"what is the host file?"
They might ask you what your focus is when providing IT support. "Customer service" is the correct answer, though they have no concept of what this is in practice.
