Interview
The initial shortlisting was based on the uniqueness of the resume. Then there was a one : one interview with a senior vice president followed by a telephonic interview with the Chief Human Resource Officer. The questions were based on what was there in the resume.
The work culture is very open. People even the top management is very approachable.
Be well through with resume and course details. Go through company profile, job role and prepare accordingly. Just need to have basic knowledge. Always be confident with your answers and look into laws.
