Interview
The first round will be Aptitude test and its common like other companies and followed by Technical and Personal HR round in single round and then comes VERSANT( we have to interact with the system and in that some 8 test are there. we should listen carefully and answer the question bec it is automated voice system and it will not pause for a second. it will ask you some question and you should answer within time frame or it will move to next round. better dont go first let 1 or 2 of your friend can attend that round and then ask them how is the round and what we have to speak then attend that round and it will be over telephone only so recharge your phone before attending this round) round and it is decided by the HR. for some college they may keep and for some college they might not.,

Mostly they will ask about 'Tell about yourself and stuffs'. and mainly they will ask u why i should hire you, so be prepared to answer for that questions you can answer like im a good Team Lead, for example during my college i led my department functions and i faced many hurdles in that and overcame and led the team successfully like that you wanna tell and HR may ask what kind of difficulty u overcame so be prepared to answer for that also.
The process was smooth there were 3 rounds in total. First technical then a round with the senior manager and then with the HR. Overall the interview experience was good.
