Interview was conducted on 8th June 19, in Bangalore office. I got the call from a consultancy and was give a slot at 12pm and asked to reach 15min before as it's a scheduled drive. I arrived at 11:30am and was taken to the waiting place. It was like a fish market, lot of candidates were waiting and a very less panels available. Firstly they conducted two rounds but at later it was only one round for few of the candidates as they were having less panels and day was almost over. After a long wait if 6 hours, I got the call for first round around 5:30pm. The interview went well, some basic questions on oops concepts, three programs. After that I was informed that first interview is clear and as no panel available for second round, they will send a test link on Monday and after this one manager and one client round will be conducted on the same week. But yet not received any communication later on. Test was pretty easy, two programs successful executed and MCQ questions was pretty easy. But not sure whats going on. The consultancy has no update on the candidature status, Mphasis HR not responding mail or calls. It might be too early judge, but I am not satisfied with the way the process is going on. I have given a day and half for this, atleast the last thing is expected from it is proper communication. And keep the candidates informed about what's going on.
